Working in conjunction with USAALS at Ft. Eustis, Open Solutions, Inc. has developed a Condition-Based Maintenance tool that optimizes the vehicle repair process. The Wire Repair Analysis Program (WRAP) optimizes the electrical and avionic trouble shooting process and is a subset of vehicle repair function available in the Repair Analysis Correlation Tool (REACT). US Army benchmarks demonstrated significant repair time reductions when using the REACT and WRAP tools. These CBM+ tools increase operational availability and readiness throughout the weapon system life cycle at a reduced cost.
